Easy access off of highway 30 at the University Blvd. Exit. Then left on Airport Road to North Loop Drive. Located in the back of the CPMI Building (large black glass building). Enter from the East entrance off North Loop drive and follow the signs.
Located close to Iowa State University, Reiman Gardens and Jack Trice Stadium. 5 minutes drive from all of these attractions.

This is the small room with the view of the lake. Holds apx. 40 ppl. at round tables.
This location provides two different options as far as sizes of rooms. Our main room will hold around 250 people at round tables. There is ample parking and it is a really nice room. There is a nice entry for the guests to come into and the room is extremely versatile. The room opens out onto a patio that has a small pond and is nicely landscaped. The room is handicap accessible. The second option is a second floor room that will hold approximately 40 people. It has beautiful windows that overlook the pond. These rooms give a great deal of flexibility for any type of event.
We are the Prefered Catering Service in this facility.

The Gallery of this location is a nice reception location. It can hold up to 150 people. There is a stage at one end that will allow for a head table or entertainment. It is on the 3rd floor of the building and there is elevator access. Tables and chairs would need to be rented.

The Iowa Arboretum provides a choice of lovely settings for your wedding ceremony as each season brings its own special beauty. Located on 378 acres in the heart of Boone county, the Arboretum gazebo and gardens have become popular sites for outdoor weddings. Pioneer Hi-Bred Outdoor Education Center: The facility offers over 17,000 square feet of meeting and teaching space. Its auditorium seats 360 and can be divided into two smaller rooms, while the center's two classrooms, each seating 50, allow for smaller group meetings or break-out sessions. In addition, a small kitchen is available.
Chase Lodge: Chase, the original camp main lodge, features a large meeting room that seats 150 and a stage for speakers and bands. Chase Lodge is best known for its large, peaceful deck overlooking the Des Moines River.
Heritage Hall: Conveniently situated in the middle of the camp, Heritage Hall offers a rustic space with a main meeting room and a room for smaller groups, complete with fireplace.
Cownie Dining Hall: The remodeled Cownie Dining Hall features a rustic interior made of pine, a large stone fireplace and shields bearing the names of past staff. The Hall seats over 300 people for meals served family style.

The Pavilion in Nevada
This is another Nevada Parks and Recreation Department facility. It is a newer facility with a nice patio which is on a small lake. The room will hold around 100 or so people and there is good parking. This facility is handicap accessible and has a small kitchen.
This facility is near Highway 30 in the new business park near the new Justice Center in Nevada.
This facility is also booked and maintained by the Nevada Parks and Recreation Department.

This is a first class facility and has one room that will hold 48 at tables and there is a patio outside of this room for more seating. There is also a room that will hold around 200 very nicely. This is a handicap accessible facility and has ample parking.
The facility is surrounded by beautiful gardens and there are packages for having the wedding on site.

The Dining Hall
This is Riverside's newest addition. This building is equipped with a full commercial grade kitchen, seating capacity for 300 at round tables and main floor restrooms. This facility would be great for large meetings use, receptions or large family gatherings.
Also available for use are microphone, DVD/VCR and Power Point capabilities.
The Chapel
The Riverside Chapel is a large (seating capacity 400), heated & air-conditioned building offering many worship and festival opportunities 9 months out of the year. The chapel has been used in the past for weddings, church services and quilt auctions.
Facilities available for use in the chapel are power point, DVD/Video capabilities, sound/soundboard, and some sound equipment.
