I would like to outline a few of the services that I can provide you by catering your food service needs.
To give you a little background, I used to own Ken’s Café and Grill on Main Street and I am an experienced Chef for the last 30 years. We have been doing a wide variety of Catering from small intimate functions, office functions, office lunches, full service large weddings and receptions and a full line of the finest freshly baked pastries, pies, cakes and other specialty baked goods for the last 7 years under the name of Ames Best Pies. You may recognize some of our products that are featured by many of the local Coffee Shops.
We are able to handle all of your catering needs from simple sandwiches and box lunches to a full service meal with all of the trimmings. We also do fantastic pastries, desserts, New York Style Cheesecakes, Tirimisu, and a huge variety of other freshly made desserts.
We specialize in not having a menu that you have to select from. We design menus to suit your tastes, your guests’ needs, your financial constraints and any special dietary needs. We want to work with you like your own personal Chef so that you have your event as special as if you did it yourself.
We do not force you to select from the same type of menus that everyone else has and we do not have minimums on counts. We love to pamper your guests whether it is a large or small party.
