-The following are a few menus that we can do for lunches.  I have made them in three basic tiers based on prices.  I know that you are aware that we can make any modifications that you may want on any given menu and we even enjoy making special menus for your functions to meet your specific needs.  In all of the categories, we can always offer a vegetarian or Vegan selection as a substitution for those who do not eat meat.  I do need those counts when the order is placed so that we can prepare for those needs.

Please note that we set all hot food in chafing dishes (with heat source) so that your food stays hot and the last person gets the same hot food as the first one.  All food is served on non-disposable trays and is displayed for service and set-up in the location of your choice.

Box Lunches

Our box lunches have a great deal of flexibility to include items to fit the tastes of your guests or clients.

They generally include a full sandwich (choice of meats-- Ham, Turkey, Beef or Vegetarian) on our own fresh baked basil foccocia bread with cheese. 1/2 Wrap made with a Sun Dried Tomato Wrap, lettuce, tomato, cheese, meat, herbs and vadalia onion sauce. 1 cup of salad of your choice (normally our famous sour cream dill potato salad), 1 whole fresh fruit (normally red delicious apple), a cookie or brownie and all needed condiments, flatware and napkins for the sandwiches.

The price for these box lunches is $9.50 per lunch. If you only prefer to have the full sandwich the price is $9.00.

All boxes are labled for easy pick-up on a buffet table.

Deli Buffet

This is a real make it yourself deli buffet consisting of our sour cream dill potato salad, Fresh Baked Breads, Ham, Turkey, (vegetarian selection if desired), or Beef. A full condiment tray including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, cheese, mayo and mustard. Dessert is assorted Brownies, Cookies or Bars.

The price for this buffet is $9.50 per person.

Pasta Buffet-- Three different pastas, 1 with house made Italian Sausage Meatballs, 1 with grilled chicken and 1 vegetable, Served with Caesar or Seasonal Mixed Greens Salad with a choice of Dressings, Grilled Garlic Toast and Assorted Cookies and Brownies. $10.00 per person.
