Pricing: All pricing is quoted and is secured when a deposit is made.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to CONFIRM the function if the function is not paid for with an ISU p-card. Purchases on the p-card have the deposit waived if the estimated total is below $1000, if the estimated total is above $1000, then the normal deposit provisions apply. Deposits can be made by the ISU p-card or check. Functions below $1000 using an ISU p-card will have the p-card processed when the order is delivered. The balance of non-ISU functions is due at the end of the function.
Inquiries that do not have a deposit will not be considered booked until the deposit is paid. Functions that do not have a deposit will not be prepared or served.
Deposits for larger parties such as wedding receptions or conferences, (scheduled a few months out), can be paid $500 up front to confirm the function and the balance of the deposit can be paid in monthly payments so that the full 50% is paid no later than 30 days prior to the function. The balance is due at the end of the function.
We do not do any billing or carry any accounts receivable. All accounts must be settled at the end of the function.
We accept Cash, Checks, VISA, Master Card and Discover as valid forms of payment.
Damages to Linens, Glassware and other equipment other than normal wear and tear, will be assessed to the host. The fees for these damages are listed on our final proposal that is presented with menus.
Checks that are dishonored will be charged a $65.00 as a dishonored check fee and the host will be responsible for all collection fees and legal fees.
Guarantees: The final guarantee of the number of guests is as follows: 1) 1 week prior to the function we like to have a general idea of what direction the numbers are going, and 2) by noon 72 hours prior to the function we need a final count. If that number goes up, please call us and we can generally make things happen. If the number goes down, please do not call as the billing will be for the number guaranteed on the 72 hours prior call.
